Contract Formation

No contract shall subsist between you and www.kps-online.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until KPS Office.co.uk accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time KPS.co.uk sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.

Pricing

"RRP" - any "RRP" used on this Site represents the manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.

"Our Price" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, KPS Office shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience.

You "Save" - all references to your "savings" on this Site are based on your average savings relative to the "RRP" excluding the VAT calculation.

Delivery

We will deliver your order within normal working hours within 1-3 business day from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 5pm. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund. Delivery charge will be applied on orders under £35 net of VAT - Standard rate: £5.95 net, charges may change without notice. E&OE.

Your Order

We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (e.g. a blue stapler for a red one). If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.

Dated Products

All Dated Products are NON RETURNABLE and cannot be returned under any circumstances. This infomation is told to the customers when ordering and is on their delivery note when they recieve the dated products
